If you love a latte but are trying to avoid caffeine, then this is the perfect recipe for you. Simple and easy to make, this tasty drink includes A.Vogel’s delicious coffee alternative, Bambu®.

Ingredients

Bambu® Latte

  • 1 tbsp Bambu® instant
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 100ml cold milk
  • 150ml hot water
  • Optional: milk frother or whisk

  • Rich in fibre
  • Healthy vitamins & minerals

A healthy coffee alternative, the chicory and figs in Bambu® make it easy on the stomach, heart and nerves. Rich in fibre, this instant drink can also help ease digestive problems.

How to make Bambu® Latte

1. Beat the Bambu® powder with cane sugar and cold milk in a large coffee mug.

2. Add hot water. You can vary the ratio of milk to water according to taste and mug size.

 

Add a little cardamon, cinnamon, ginger and cloves for an aromatic Bambu® latte.
